Research Interests

My current research interests are in combinatorics on words, string algorithms, combinatorial algorithms, and automata theory.

Short Bio

I completed my PhD at the University of Waterloo under the supervision of Prof. Jeffrey Shallit, then held postdoctoral positions at the University of Winnipeg and the University of Guelph before joining the faculty here as an Assistant Professor.

My Erdős number is 2, through Prof. Shallit. Here is Prof. Shallit's paper with Erdős.

I am looking for graduate students that have interests in discrete mathematics, algorithms, and/or theoretical computer science. Feel free to get in touch by email.
